What We Do

The AXIOS Program

The AXIOS program takes a holistic approach to prepare students for college and enter the workforce by focusing on developing individual strengths, education, faith and collaboration.

Our evidence-based curriculum is designed to build character and prepare the next generation to have an entrepreneurial mindset through innovation. We work alongside students to help them discover their natural talents as they prepare for college and their future in the workforce.

Our Impact

Mentoring the Next Generation

The AXIOS program is geared towards investing in the next generation entering the workforce through mentorship. We work with students and guide them in discovering their unique strengths and purpose in life. Throughout the program, students learn how to use their gifts to make a positive impact on their lives, schools and communities.

Testimonials

Invest in youth now for the future of your community.

While in high school I learned a lot through Axios. The information I learned helped me to prepare for my future life in college, and I am so grateful for that opportunity. Without Axios I would not have been motivated to work hard for scholarships, future opportunities, and much more. I have used the information to really focus on setting myself up for success. Axios was very beneficial for me and I know that future students will also be majorly benefited.

Jersie

Former Senior Student

The Axios Program challenges students to really think about their future and what steps they need to take now in order to make that vision of the future a reality. Each student is seen as an individual and they are equipped with the relevant tools to help them succeed.

Melissa Vinzant

Executive Director

Axios gives the students a look at their strengths and teaches them how to look inside themselves to reach the goals they set. The ability to set goals could set them up for a lifetime of success. We are very thankful for the program and what it can do for students.

Anna Anderson

Holdrege

I really wish Axios would have been around when I was in school. It gives you an opportunity to explore in depth what your heart desires to do. I’m convinced if more students did what they loved it would strengthen communities and the longevity of the workforce.
